apaka tagal ng process ng motortrade kumuha aq ng motor pero installmaent basis since d ko pa kaya icash , kumuha ako ng motor paray magamit ako papasok pero anyre wala parin ung OR/CR ko..oo installment pero nagbbyad nman kme ng ayos , please nman mgprocess nman kayo ng maayos motortrade buti sna kung ninakaw ko ung pinandown ko sa inyo kso dugo at pawis ko un

Pki suyo nman, ang motorcycle plate ko is ready for pick up, nagbigay na ako ng notarized Authorization Letter to your LIASON OFFICER in Cebu branch, umabot na 2 months lagi nlang ako nag follow up pero wala pa nkuha ang plate number ko. Dito ako Nakabili ng motorcycle sa Dumaguete Branch nyo last 2018. Kung wala Lang Pandemic ako na kukuha kaso malayo po ako, please... Please... Pioneer insurance
Nag avail ako ng pioneer insurance june 10 nabayaran ko na parcitapating fee ko at sabi nila oorderin na daw ung pwesa bumalik ako ng july1 un pla d pa na ooder oorderin palang kesyu daw may cut off ang pag order ng pyesa first week of the month lang daw ganun ba tlga . process yamaha bagong silang po ung branch npakatgl ng process napa ka baba ng customer service nyu d pa maasikasu mga staff

We're harassed by your staff
Hi,

Just sending this email to show you guys how rude and arrogant the person who did the CI for our application. He arrived at our address in less than 3-5 minutes and rushing us to finish off HIS job. First of all, we are the customer here second of all I am at work. He shouldn't be showing this kind of behavior in front of us. Regardless of what he will do next customers are always right, yes I know as I work in customer service. We felt harassed for what he did, asked everyone present at this time and you will see what kind of person he is. He didn't even say his name and to whom he is working. We even offered him water and welcomed him generously at OUR home.
He asked for my payslip and I said it was already forwarded to you and he said he is working for the bank so he won't see the file - with an arrogant tone. I told him that I have a soft copy that I can show him and then he agreed then when we wrap up the conversation he did not even bother to look at the payslip and called my supervisor asking for my salary which I believe is beyond irrelevant I’ve offered him the file already if you haven't known this yet, salary is confidential so this can't be shared by my supervisor in any way. After the conversation, he advised that the result is in 2-3 days then why is he messaging me now confirming the application is declined in less than 10hrs after we talked. I request another CI from a different person and if you could fire this person please do so. he is not the right one in this position.

Please don't make me post this on any social media platform I could think of.

Di ako inform sa kalagayan ng unit.
Ask kolang sana na kung pwede mapalitan ang unit ko. hindi ako inform na replacement na pla carbs at need nang i top overhaul ang unit ko. estimate ng mekaniko na natanungan ko almost 6k ggastusin ko sa overhaul. syang pera ko na down..panibagong gastos nnman ulit. sna matulungan nyoko. Betterliving branch po ako kumuha. eto contact number ko. ********

Napaka bagal ng process ng insurance, 4 months na wla parin!!! Anglaki n nga ng estimate s mga parts, tas ang bagal pa, dahilan nila, "di lang kau ang inaasikaso sir marami kau" , yan ang rason nila pero ang totoo di talaga inaasikaso,

Concern ko lng ang tagal ng request ko sa insurance na parts ng honda click 150i sa motortrade cabagan isabela branch na accident kc aq sa motor den nagrequest na aq sa pioneer, nagbayad narin aq ng 500 for participation fee para marequest ung parts na papalitan , sabi nila nung una 2months dadating na ung parts tapos ngayon naging 3months na daw? pa help po naman pa follow up sa branch ng motortrade cabagan isabela branch kasi parang tamad silang gumalaw ang dami nilang rason every pumupunta aq dun Good payer naman po ako paki ayos na lng po salamat ????

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AT KABANKALAN BRANCH

Inefficient staffs poor custiner service
1. Inefficient staffs do not know how to answer queries
2. Poor customer service, when we got there, it took us almost a day to be able to sign the contracts, their reason is due to slow internet & waiting for the banks docs. They should have prepared the docs pra hindi n mag-antay ang customer. Ang tagal naming nakaupo dun tapos yung mga staffs nagtatawanan lang. And we have to go to GMA to get the motorcycle. IMAGINE! Ang customer pa ang kukuha ng motor.
3. We signed the docs late nov 2020 but up to date Jan 31 2021, still no OR/CR.

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this shop in Imus near Robinsons Place.

Better to buy in Motorcentral because they have good customer service. Staffs are friendly & accommodating. The docs & motorcycle are ready when we got there. This is base on our experience when we bought the Nmax last 2019.
Maybe other motortrade shops in diff loc is better the the shop near Robinsons.

Poor customer service & ineffient staffs. Also poor internet connections. Contract & plan were incorrect.

Their staffs do not know their job. They keep asking each other of what to do next. Do not know how to answer related ? Unable to perform their task well.

We had to wait for almost a day (from 8am to 6:30pm) to wait for the docs to be printed & signed. They reason out that the bank has not yet forwarded pertinent docs. When in fact they chat & joke around leaving us waiting for the docs.

No OR/CR up to date. It has been almost 2months & upto date they do not have the OR/CR. They could not even inform their customers about it since they promised that the OR/CR will be available maximun a month. We have to always call them and they promise check and inform us but they do not reply back. Leaving us hanging.when we try to contact them again, they turn off the cp or hang their fone.

The motorcycle is not there, so we have to go to GMA to get it.
IMAGINE! the customer has to go to GMA to get the motorcycle.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IMUS BRANCH near ROBINSONS PLACE.

Better to buy in motorcentral. Their staffs are friendly, accommodating & efficient. When we bought there last 2018, the docs & motorcycle were already ready. We were happy when we got home. Transaction was fast.

tondo dandan branch!
Im a customer from Motortrade Tondo Branch Dandan. I just want to complain one of their very rude staff. I dont know her name but she is the cashier in that branch. Sobrang yabang at bastos ng babang kahera nila. Di sya pwedeng customer service. Pang limang motor na namen na nakuha dyan sa branch na yan. Dalaga pa ko dyan na kami kumukuha anak ko 15 years old na sa kanila pa din ang loyalty namen. Share ko lang ang experience ko dito sa branch na to. Every month nagbabayad ako ng monthly para sa motor every month din same situation. sobrang haba ng pila at sobrang bagal ng proseso. at isa lang ang nag aassist na cashier. palagi nila sinasabi down ang system. every month na magbbayad aq down ang system nyo? ilang beses na ganon ang nangyayare pero ok lang nag titiyaga ako mag antay. pero kanina dec 28 nagpunta ko para mag bayad. asussual same scenario. mahaba ang pila at sobrang bagal. nag try ako lumapit para tanungin ang cashier sabi ko Ms. may problema ba sa system nyo? sabi nya oo mam down ang system. sumagot ako sabi ko sana nag inform kayo sa customer na ganon para di kami nag aantay kasi kanina pa kami. and that rude cashier answer me na 'kanina pa ko nag sabi na sira ung system' sabi ko kanina pa ko andito pero wala ko narinig na sinabi mo na sira. take not pasigaw nya sinabi. sinigawan nya ko sa harap ng madaming customer na naka pila. imbes na huminge xa ng pasensya kasi araw araw ganon ang sistema nila eh sya pa ang galit. at sumisigaw. napaka bastos. naiintindihan ko naman kung sira ung system nyo pero para sigaw sigawan ako. ? ssabhn pa nya kung gusto nyo ng magandang sistema maaga pa lang pumila na kayo??! so customer ang mag aadjust sa system nyo na palaging sira??! bakit di nyo ipaayos yanh sistema nyo? ang tagal ng ganyan! nagbabayad kami. customer kami tapos gaganonin mo kami? naiintindihan ko na hndi lahat ng customer ay tama. kasi customer representative din aq pero sa inasal mo maling mali ka!

Mahigit 3 taon na akong pabalik2 sa motortrade dito sa Motortrade Topline, Inc. Talisay City, Cebu para kunin ang Original CR ko pero hanggang ngayon po wala pa po silang feedback sana po bigyan ninyo ng pansin kong totousin po property na po namin ang item na kinuha namin sa kanila bayad na po kami, sana po gawin din nila ang obligasyon nila, (kong madelay kami sa payment di na maka avail sa rebate kong di naman maka bayad nag ilang buwan kukunin ang item) kayo po yung CR ko kailan po ba maibibigay sa akin?paki follow.up naman po

Complain ko s motortrade bacoor

Mam sir my name is christian h. Lim actually its my 2nd time na kumuha ako ng motor sa motortrade yung una sa san juan branch ok nman natapos ko ng wla ako complain sa san juan branch pero po dito sa motortrade bacoor pinahirapan po ako 1 year na ko naghihintay sa original or cr ko balik balik lng ako nagpacompute ako nuon at binayaran ko na yung 19,000 plus para fully paid na ko last december 2018 pa until now wala binibigay sa kin na or cr pag magkaron po ako ng leave sa work ko lalapit ako sa department of trade o kay sir raffy tulfo kasi binabalewala nila customers nila
