Inefficient staff and poor customer service.

Poor internet connections.

Almost 2 month, still NO OR/CR

Incorrect plans & contracts.

Motorcyle in no there, we have to get it in GMA branch.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IMUS BRANCH near Robinsons place.
