Rude Supervisor Puregold Mariveles Branch
I went on pure gold Mariveles branch in Bataan to buy some goods and I always use my debit card to purchase there. But today I am not informed that their cashless payments are not available. I asked them "meron ba kayong notice about dito kase lage naman akong nagbabayad thru card" Others staff said " nakalagay po sa labas maam" and the supervisor said " nakalagay sa labas dimo binasa? " Well di ko nakita yung notice but is it okay to be rude to your client instead of being nice? Di pa don natapos, the way she glares at me parang hindi nagwowork sa customer service. Im not sure kung supervisor yon kase color red yung vest na suot nya compare sa ibang staff na green yung vest. I hope this will not happen again lage pa naman kame naggogrocery dun and this is the first time that I encountered this lady

Special Concern
Magandang araw po sa inyo. Ako po si Hernando Santos, isang senior citizen at regular na mamimili ng Puregold.
Gusto ko lang po sanang iparating sa inyo ang hindi magandang nangyari kanina, April 3, sa akin sa PUREGOLD ZABARTE dito sa North Caloocan.
Nandun po ako ng 10am para sana mag-withdraw sa ATM para bumili ng maintenance med ko. Nagkataon po na ang colored coded quarantine pass na dala ko ay 1:30pm pa pwede. Nakiusap ako ng maayos sa security guard on duty sa entrance ng Puregold na kung pwede ay bigyan ako ng consideration dahil matanda na ako at offline ang atm sa labas at sobrang init kung lalakarin ko pa yung ibang atm. Wala naman akong ibang sadya noon kundi ang mag-withdraw lang at lalabas naman din ako agad.
Hindi niya po talaga ako pinapasok kahit sinabi ko pa na emergency case ito at kailangan ko ng uminom ng gamot.
Ipinaliwanag ko sa kanya na sinabi naman ng IATF na kung magka-problema sa quarantine pass, makiusap na lang ng maayos sa sinumang sisita. Sinagot ba naman po ako na paano daw kung hindi pagbigyan ang pakiusap?
Naramdaman ko na tumataas na ang bp ko kaya nakiusap ako uli sa kanya na kung pwede ay makausap ko na lang ang store manager ng Puregold o kaya ang kanyang OIC. Hindi niya lang po ako pinansin. Mabuti na lang at may isang empleyado ang Puregold na nagtanong kung ano ang nagyayari. Sinabihan niya ang guard na papasukin na ako dahil emergency case naman. Pero yun ay pagkatapos ng halos kalahating oras na pakikiusap ko sa guard.
Pasensya na po at naiparating ko pa inyo ito. Wala naman akong gustong mangyari sa guard dahil trabaho niya yun. Pero sana mapagsabihan siya na dapat alam niya kung kailan dapat niyang gamitin ang tamang disposition. Ang security guard po si SG FUROG, JN ng JR8 Security.

SUPER RUDE LADY GUARD!!!
Good pm,

I would like to complain the Lady Guard named Lavonzo or Lavonza if I'm not mistaken. (Did not able to catch the exact name but pictures and video provided.)

The scenario happened at Puregold Evacom, Dr. Santos Sucat Paranaque Branch.

I am about to go out at the Puregold building around 6:00pm. As SOP in all grocery establishment, the receipt need to show to the assigned guard. Holding my receipt which is quite long, I am trying to find the top of the receipt to place the marker as the usual procedure. (I experienced the mark was put on the item list and gave me a hard time to check the prices).

The scenario starts, ----- the lady guard is such in a hurry and I told her, "saglit! Hinahanap ko pa ung umpisa." Not sure if she find my expresion quite sarcastic considering there are no one behind me or line to be in a hurry. Then she make face and roll her eys up.

Then I try to explain that I don't want the ink to be place in the item list because.......before trying finish my explanation, she started talking and giving words that really shock me.

Me: Ate bat nagagalit at nagmamadali ka?
Lady Guard: Sinasabi ko na kasi sau na ako na ako na tapos pagsasalitaan mko ng ganyan......... ---- Until such I couldn't understand anymore all she's saying because she talks really fast and lot of words.

Then I feel a bit angry, I told her, "If nagmamadali ka, eh di mag out kna..

I guess that triggers her to really get mad.
She shouted at me and keeps on talking until I heard words that is tottally BELOW THE BELT.

Her words are like - Lady Guard: Siguro babae ka kasi ang bunganga mo ganyan. Matindi kapa sakin magsalita mabunganga ka. Babae yang bunganga mo di ka lalaki. Sinu ka sa akala mo.

Me: Ate irereport nalang kita sa office nyo. Wala ako masama sinasabi sau Ate, andyan un lalaki sa baggage counter. Naririnig nya.
Lady Guard: Magreport ka wala ko pakialam. Anu sa akala mo aatrasan kita. Subukan mko. Umakyat ka sa taas magreklamo ka.

Then I pulled out my phone and started to record her on a video. When I giving her the camare to burst out all her anger, she just keeps on walking away, hiding her face and avoid nagging me. Whike me keep on saying, "Ate anu meron sa taas? Ate sobrang below the belt ka ah.. Bat dka makaharap?..

I shouldn't take off my cam because the moment I stop recording her on a video and step out and stayed on my cart waiting for my Uncle Ed to pick me up.

She keeps on talking on her table and even go out at the glass exit window to shout and nag at me in her native language which I really don't understand if she is cursing me, saying foul words or anything.

Luckily the Male Guard at the Entrance is kind enough to stop her and keep asking me to ignore her and apologizing.

With that, I decided to go at the second floor and look for the manager to ask what is the agency of the Lady Guard to file a complain. The Lady at the card information helped me out to get some information. Although I waited for about 10mins because no one seems would like to cooperate.

Going down and exiting, I pulled my cart and heading exit. I look at the Lady Guard for she might need to see my receipt again before going out. But she gave me such a deep stare as like a tiger look.

Then I confronted her, told her,
Me: Ate bat ka ganyan makatingin? Lalabas nko at aalis anu pa ba problema mo?

Then she started again nagging and talking regardless how many people around and even if the Male Guard at the Entrance trying to stop her and calm her down.

I pointed my finger at her with my arm bent because I am starting to feel really mad and keep on telking her, "Ate wala ko sinasabi sau masama. Kanina ka pa below the belt."

Finally my Uncle Ed arrived to pick up. I told my Uncle about the Lady Guard and my Uncle confronted her in a nice way.

My Uncle approached her and then she told my Uncle.

Lady Guard: Halika sir, ganiti kasi yan, yang pamangkin mo kinakausap ko ng maayos kasi napaka pangit sumagot.

That is the time, my patience gone out and shouted at her, "Sinungaling ka!! Putang ina ka!! Kanina ka pa.. (Pointing my fi ger at her) Hindi kita pinagsasalitaan ng below the belt. I even give a strong punch at the table.

As expected, she replied furiously saying the same thing and pointing my finger at me as well. Lady Guard: Putang ina mo din!! Anu sa akala mo!!

The most shocking part is: She acted and gave me a gesture that SHE WILL PULL OUT HER GONE!! In front of my Uncle and of all people around.

Luckily people around her stop her. But i told her, "Bubunot ka!? Bumunot ka.."

She turn around instead and get her "batuta". I decided to go out because the scene is too scandalous already and we are getting too much attention.

I asked my uncle to get out and I want to go home. But the the other Lady Guard told me that the OIC is Cerrudo M.A.S. is about to come. So we waited.

While waiting, the other Lady Guard is talking to me and asking me to forgive her becauae she is old, tired and everything.

I told her I can forgive her but she shoudn't reacted that way. "Kapwa mo guard sya, sa tingin mo tama ung ginawa nya?" She respond, no sir.

Until the OIC finally came in and told hone everything.

Here is the bottomline:

I may sarcastically respond to her or not, she should not reacted that way. Customers are not always right but she cross the line.

She is under JR8 Agency, regardless if her Agency or Puregold Jr. will do something about this, give her a sanction or not, even if I put everything in social media, the impact is at your company that will have bad reputation, credibilty and will be put at risk.

I do my researched and found that there are lot of complains in Puregold guards in different branches.

I felt a bit trauma for what happened due to the scandal, with her actions(specifically when she wants to pull a gun then holding her baton (batuta) and with her strong deep words. I am even thinking to sue her as well. Becauae of this, I feel like a need to move and be member of other establishments that has the same service and offer your company have.

I have been member and customer of puregold since 02/03/2020

RUDE LADY GUARD AND UNACOMMODATING STAFF AT PUREGOLD MERCEDES BRANCH
Last september 4,2020 ( Friday), I decided to go to PUREGOLD MERCEDES to buy my monthly groceries. I was wearing an eyeshield and facemask that time but unfortunately the ladyguard named MS. G ( I forgot the first name) did not allow me to enter the grocery store because im not wearing a FULL FACE SHIELD and said that is the policy of their store BUT i was very frustrated and angry when i saw a woman exited their store handling a bunch of paper bags wearing the EXACT eye shield i was wearing that time so i approached the ladyguard and said ' Ayy mam, nakabreak kase ako hindi ako ang nagpapasok nyan.' It was very unfair on my part so i insisted and said i want to talk to a higher position or their manager/supervisor but she keeps on telling me ' Kame po. Kame po ang kausapin nyo nalang'. I decided to comply and bought a full faceshield near their store and fall in line. As i fall in line, a man ahead of me whose wearing a HALF FACE SHIELD was allowed by the SAME ladyguard to enter the store so my anger burst again so i decided to go straight ahead on their customer service section but to my disgrace the woman their did not accomodate my concern immediately and said that her supervisors were to busy to talk and instead handed me a complaint sheet. I am in the field wherein customer satisfaction and good quality of service are the utmost priority and YES i am a frontliner . I think you should emphatize and understand the situation that we have a busy schedule and little time for other stuffs and let say that is the only time that i have to buy my daily necessities. Please train your guards and other staff to be more vigilant and not to be rude to their customers. I want your necessary sanction for this incident i encountered.

LADY GUARD REFUSED TO ACCEPT CUSTOMER'S
My husband and I waited for 30 mins in lines, when were about to enter puregold MINDANAO ave. Lady guard named Irene Nunez/Nuez refused to let us enter simply bcoz we are wearing half faceshield? We are wearing facemask and "half?" faceshield. How can u be so unreasonable when u didnt fuckin post or simply display a signage that indicates the proper faceshield that the cx should be wearing!! I asked the lady guard where is the signage that says my faceshield is not acceptable! She just point out the No facemask/faceshield No enter signage! SM HYPERMARKET NEVER DID THIS TO US! They are accepting our "half" faceshield how come you didnt??? Also, she just offer to just simply buy a new faceshield instead that is acceptable to the facility. Are u fuckin kidding me? Im not going to buy a new one just bcoz u said so. Does she know were facing pandemic right now? We are not faceshield collectors! PLEASE PUREGOLD MINDANAO AVE. HAVE UR GUARDS GO TO SEMINARS AGAIN THEY NEED PROPER KNOWLEDGE HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS plus Revised your so called "policies" which is a total garbage.

Security guard misconduct
My brother were not accepted due to no quarantine pass but was able to show his coe and company showing that he is also a frontliner..how come that the store in puregold Luzon doesn't accept his I'd as a pass wherein this was clearly stated that the I'd serves also as a pass if working as a frontliner.he respectfully ask your guard why and he rudely said wala..this was happen today september 1 around 12 noon. My brother needs to buy things for his pregnant wife.

Guards inability to be malleable for entey policy
Im writing to complain the facemask and face shield policy, i am driving a bike and i use my own helmet as my face shield to fully protect me.i also use my mask, i don't understand why base on the policy I have to buy another face shield brand to enter the facility. On my experience, i am the 5th person on the line that was denied entry just because we have our own helmet as face shield at that given time. The guard was insisting the policy without even trying to understand the buyers and the redundancy and unnecessarily requiring to buy another face shield to use inside. At this time of pandemic, every one needs to maximize money, without having to require ur loyal clients unnecessary expenses. Number one a helmet is a proper protection, number two and most important of all, it will now minimize the need to occupy space and worker manning the baggage counter, coz we are not needing to leave our helmets anymore. If security is of importance, helmet users can be asked to lift helmets upon entering and replace them after recognition from camera.

I am complaining puregold jr guards in moonwalk paranaque and management for being unable to properly handle and be malleable to situations like this. I understand that most policies are placed to provide safety for buyers, but denying loyal customers without having to understand the situation and point being raised is not good for your business.

Poor service, baggage not safe to leave your belongings
Good day. I know its not a good day for me due to irresponsible and negligence of your staff. Kung sino man yung assigned sa baggage counter. Alam ko hong social distance tayu ngaun due to virus but many times na paulit ulit kong pamimili sa supermarket nyo jan sa libis caloocan yung baggage counter i observed na hindi safe. Hinahayaan lang ng staff ninyo na yung customer ang maglagay ng item at kumuha ng item sa baggage counter nyo which is not safe for the client kasi panu if may makasalisi at ibang items ang kuhanin ng ibang tao. Yung babae jan na paikot ikot lang na payat na hindi ko alam if anung ganap niya jan minsan inabutan niya ko ng number tapos nung binibigay ko yung items ko itinuro lang yung paglalagyan sabay talikod. Napaka bastos wala atang customer service at courtesy. Mga sumunod kong pamimili jan ganun din ginagawa nila. Hanggang sa isang araw may binili ko jan ulet, payong lang dala kasi mainit bumili ko ng tubig dahil sa bigay ng tubig nawala sa isip ko na ipinatabi ko pala yung payong ko. May serving number naman ako nun nakalimutan ko ding ibigay. Pagkaraan ng 2 araw naalala ko yung payong ko at nakita ko sa bag ko yung serving number binalikan ko sa pag aakala na since nasa akin ang serving number makkuha ko pa yung payong ko. Ang kaso wala na pla. How come na yung baggage number nasa akin pero yung payong wala na. Alam kong payong lang yan pero hindi safe ang baggage counter nyo. Mawawalan ng items ang mga customer at pag may naiwan pala hindi maibabalik sa tao ang naiwanan na items o gamit. Ang sasabihin lang ng staff nyo “ay wala na eh”. Huh? Ganun lang yun. Sa ibang supermarket kahit maiwanan pagbinalikan makukuha mo pa naiwanan pero senyo napaka pabaya gawa ng staff ninyo na walang paki sa client. Hinahayaan lang kung sino sino maglagay ng gamit sa baggage counter at kumuha ng number. Walang bantay. Sabi ko sa lalaki jan na may paka singkit ang mata bat ganun sistema ang sabi skin “magkano ba yung payong” nagulat ako sa pananalita niya sabi ko 250 at need namin payong kasi maulan kaya binalikan ko. Sabi niya sa mga kasama niya “cge maningil ka sknila (sa mga staff dun) 250 bayaran nalang. Yung pananalita nakaka intimidate astig manalita imbes na pasensiya, lahat ng staff nyo nagtitinginan pa skin na para bang ako pa maykasalalanan. Sabi ko nagdodoble ba kayu ng number sabi nung lalaki na yun hindi daw so sabi ko how come na nawala items na nasakin yung number pa. umalis na lang ako kasi parang ako pa maykasalanan sabi kasi bat ngaun lang binalikan. Malay ko bang may naiwanan ako naalala ko nalang kasi umuulan at nakita ko baggage number nyo sa bag ko. Pangit service hindi ata sila customer oriented basta makabenta lang.

Isa pang na experienced ko jan nung bumili ako 1k pera ko mga 10am yung amount na binili ko 150 sabi nung cashier wala kaming barya jan small bills lang. tapos wala naman siyang ginawa ni hindi nag ask sa ibang cashier if may barya or what basta nakatayu lang siya patingin tingin skin, so ako na naghanap ng paraan para mabayaran ko siya. Sabi ko so pag buo pera ng client hindi na siya pwede bumili need ba ng client maghanap ng barya para makabili senyo.? Tangahali na wala pa kayu barya. Napaka pangit ng serbisyo jan sa puregold libis na yan.

Pangatlo kong naexperinced naman, yung mga cashier nyo pinag uusapan yung client na may binili. Sabi nung isang cashier nagpapapalit lang daw 1k pera tapos magkano lang binili sabi pa niya hindi ko nga siya pinayagan sabi nung isang cashier nako nagpapapalit lang yun hayaan mo na yun. Napaka pangit ng ganun na naririnig ng ibang customer ang usapan na ganun. Masyadong bastos. Naka quarantine lang kasi this season pero better to buy to other supermarket na may respect at discipline mga staff. Yan kasi malapit smin kaya jan kami bumibili kasi ECQ pero pnagit service jan as per my experienced. I never buy to that supermarket again after those experiences. Kaya pala wala masyadong pila jan unlike ever and. SM sangadaan kasi ganyan ugali ng staff jan.

Anyway, gudluck nalang, kawawa naman may ari ng puregold libis, nasisira dahil sa ugali ng staff at kapabayaan.

Rude Manager
I purchased an egift tru online for the first time for my friend so she can buy milk for her kids but the manager OF the store she went to claim the egift was very rude and Not Really helpful unfurtunately she didnt Get the egift Not very satisfied and never purchase from YOUr store anymore .By the way the name OF rude and useless manager is Miraflor Reyes pure gold branch pulang lupa dos Las Pinas

Very Very poor service for Puregold Kanlaon branch
May I request to kindly review and evaluate your employees at this branch. An incident happened today, where I came to the store to purchase boxes of blue water. I approached a guy and informed him about my orders without realizing he left and did not proceed with my order. Then, I met a guy and assisted me. Later to find out he is just a bagger. I am bring this issue to your attention to improve your service better.
However, let me thank Mr. Bryan Ibanez for his assistance. This guy made an excellent service where he goes beyond his duties.
