It's late na but Sir Dino is replied to my chat. Akala ko bukas ko pa mareceive ang reply sa email ko. Then nagkaproblem sa pagsend ng attachments pero sinikap pa din nya ako tulungan at naghanap ng other way para masend ito. Kaya super duper thankful ako sa kanya. Ganda ng service and it's business kaya nainspired ako sa ginawa nyang try and look other way para maibagay ang best. More than 5 star kayo sakin. Super duper thanks ????☺

It was already late at that then when I inboxed Sir Dino and I was expecting a message reply about 2-3 days, the usual waiting time. After a minute or so, I received a message from Sir Dino, answering all my questions in a very kind manner despite the time, already 11PM.

He is very kind and he handles everything. He knows all the products and he gives me some business points on how to get started and on how to handle online transactions.

Every time I have questions, I just inboxed him and he responded so quickly. He uses English or Tagalog depending on the subject matter, so that I can understand him fully.

Sir Dino is very highly recommended. He handles costumer service excellently.

I've sent an inquiry to Grand Champ Packaging FB messenger last June 21,Sunday 12 midnight..

I am not hoping for a reply right away because it's unholy hour and everyone is asleep..

But 5 seconds later I got a reply from Dino and he have send me all the info that I need instantly..

Sa gaya ko po na ngaun palang mag tratry ng buisness mejo nahihiya pa po talaga ako mag inquir inquir..
