Ete Employment Services - Pasig City

Go to Department of Labor (DOLE) and write you complaint letter against ETE and DOLE will write them notice about your complaint. After I write my complaint letter to DOLE and ETE gave my refund.

Hay nku true yan! They sent me a maid who always sleep and very lazy. Mas nauuna p magising ang amo samantalang sya naghihilik p. I asked a replacement from "Jerrick" but ended up with nothing. 2 weeks nko intay la pa rin. He never answers my calls n. Then i talked to "Gemma". Sbi niya wait lng dw ng aplikante then she will immediately replace the kasambahay they sent me. Everyday follow up ako s knya. Now, she doesnt respond to my messages nor my calls.

I agree!! I recently had a very bad experience with ETE. Kapag nagkaproblema sa tao nagtutulakan na sila. The first person I talked to was Ms. Grace. I paid 7500! The maid I got was problematic. 38 yr old and maraming nararamdaman and mareklamo. I asked for a replacement at ibang tao nanaman ang pinakausap sa akin. Her name was "Heidi" at nagmalaki pang nag-criminology daw. She said mali daw ang nakalagay sa contrata and that I need to payback the salary deduction of the maid. Then may additional charges pa na babayaran! She even said Grace was not the right person to talk to kasi she is just a new employee of the agency. WTF! Bakit pa nila hinarap yang GRACE na yan kung wala pa lang alam sa mga patakaran sa agency?! Clearly, these are scammers that only want to scam employers. Nanakot pa sila na kung hindi ko daw bayaran baka saan pa daw mapunta yung usapan. The heck!!!
DO NOT GET THE SERVICES OF THIS AGENCY.

Very bad experience with this ETE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES! Got an old sitter through this agency, they gave a 43 year old female. First few days was ok, then with just within 1 week the old sitter took a day off and returned the following day. After a week, nagpa alam na naman for a day off and again returned the following day. The contract stipulates that the worker is only allowed 2 day offs a month. After a week nagpa alam na naman na mag off, pinayagan ko pa din but this time hindi na sya bumalik the following day. Called her morning but won't answer the call. Around noon called again and she said "pabalik na". Waited for her til afternoon but she didn't show up. Called her again and she said nilalagnat sya obviously nagsisinungaling, gumagawa na lang ng dahilan. I informed the agency and made a complain of the old sitter they gave me who is abusado sa pag day off. They said they will send a replacement. When I follow up the replacement wala daw available and I have to wait pa. Told them I cannot wait for the replacement, naghanap na ako ng kapalit. I requested for a refund of the service fee i paid them kahit 2K na lang ang ibalik nila sa binayad ko na 7,500.00 kasi hindi naman maayos yun binigay nila na old sitter which they claim is galing sa home for the aged pa! Now hindi ko na sila ma contact, the phone just keep on ringing. Just a waste of money if you will get maids or care givers from this agency. They are only after the money, but once you complain wala lang, deadma nila..... WORST EMPLOYMENT AGENCY!!!

Have filed a complaint with ETE thru DTI 3 years ago due to not responding to any of my calls for the replacement of the maid that left us agad without finishing her contract yet... mga 2 mos lang ata yun.
They responded agad when they got a lawyers letter from DTI and gave maid replacement na rin!

Same problem we have for this ETE Employment agency. I already filed a complaint against them at DOLE NCR thru PASIG Branch. Almost a month of no replacement for 2 Maids that we got from them that only lasted for 25 days. They always promise everyday to us that they will replace it "bukas" and coming from different provinces but no almost amonth now no replacement and I went to their office twice to refund the 12,000 that I paid to them. They are teling me to refund it next week because they do not have any money to refund. I succcess to the victims of this agency to also file a complaint in any DOLE office and write a letter of complaint for this agench to be penalized and closed by DOLE and not renew their license by 2019.
