I just got call last oct.25,2019 mistepresenting east west bank agent he claiminh to waived my annual fee for 5years and ask for my details but he trick me and he used my cc in BigBenta he buy something in my cc totaling 52,490pesos,i just want to call your attention bigbenta costumer service bec.i want to cansel all those posted transaction to my card,so anyone please address my concern.bec.someone from your team is using your company for FRAUD..

Good day! Last nov 12,2019 there was someone from eastwest bank called me to waived my annual fee. Unfortunately, they made transaction worth 5,215. I called east west customer service last nov 29,2019, adviced me to ask letter of cancellation to bigbenta corp so that the amount that was transacted will be disregard. Pls help me with my concern. Thank you

Kindly cancel all the transactions made in November 12 2019 using my credit card from east west bank. 1 employees , saying that they are from East west bank called me to waive my annual fee,and increase credit limit But instead of waiving the annual fee,and increase credit limit they made 15 transaction in BigBenta. So please, cancel all the transactions made.

This company took $563.10 out of my account $19.38 at a time for some reason. Every minute I watched money being deducted from my account. I have no idea what they sell or what their services are, but I didn’t authorize it. I would like my money back.
