Sanghaya Catering Services is owned and operated by Florserpeda Santos Villote. A BS Hotel and Restaurant Management graduated from University of Santo Tomas Espana Manila .

The owner has an extensive experience in the business having worked as a Catering Manager for 10 years for Cabalen Management Comp. Inc and Global Restaurant Concepts Inc/California Pizza Kitchen, Catering Consultant of GMA Network Catering Coop and LQV Food Corp , Concessionaire of Senate of the Philippines Executive Lounge and Canteen year 2012. Florist at House of Representative during Arroyos Administration.
