I dont know if employees here are so callused that they are not afffected by the long line of people waiting outside in the heat of the sun. Best words to described them are sloth, indifferent, work at their own pace, etc. Minimum waiting time to get served by the teller is 1 hr., And that is quite fast already. For customer service, good luck to customers. It takes so much longer. I have seen people just walk out out of frustration. We deserve better service than this

Nobody nobody but you?
no one but nobody is answering the telephone. today is 24 September 2020, and the time is 1500H. I also tried their so called website to send this branch an email, but the website was also a hoax. any real number for the so called BPI Junction Cainta?
