I dont know if employees here are so callused that they are not afffected by the long line of people waiting outside in the heat of the sun. Best words to described them are sloth, indifferent, work at their own pace, etc. Minimum waiting time to get served by the teller is 1 hr., And that is quite fast already. For customer service, good luck to customers. It takes so much longer. I have seen people just walk out out of frustration. We deserve better service than this
