With thorough follow ups with you Eternal Plans my niece and nephew are pisst off with your answers, you staff and signatories, where is your customer service here?
My niece been spending calls for follow ups, when checks will be ready for process. Meaning if it is for process it will take a long time, it is not yet for release.
Pls. improve your service.
Every time we follow up the check if i'ts available, the Customer Rep. always says "for Approval pa po" or "processing po or for release". Paasa kayo! kung ready na ang check, why you're not able to release it?
dami nyung satsat!.Wala da yung mag pipirma, nka OB o di naman kaya nka leave? yung totoo, my balak pa ba talagang pirmahan yung check or hindi!. Walang kwenta yang Insurance Company nyu! IBALIK NYU NA LANG YUNG MGA BINAYAD NAMIN SAENYO!!!!!!!
We filed an insurance claim last June and more than 8 months later it is still 'for approval'. Eternal plans is a scam. Your planholders pay on time but you are way delayed in processing claims. Delayed release of claims is no different than stealing is because you are still earning from the premiums paid by the customers while you are holding the money.
Not recommended to others na gusto mag invest.
