Review of E CONNECT TRAVEL AND TOURS

E connect travel and tour help me and my husband with our tour to HK. It was a nice experience talking to them very accommodating but what we really didn't like is the hotel. Our agent gave us with the latest promo they have in the list. The hotel but air conditioning is poor, the bathroom is a mess like in 3days there's no one to attend to clean our room. The free breakfast is not edible at all that my husband Ken have to look for something to eat outside. Of course the tour was great. Just for the record so everyone would know that cheap tours with this agency is not what we are expecting.
