Review LBC is very incompetent

Good day! LBC has always been my go-to shipment courier because the brand itself says "Hari ng Padala". But sorry, i am extremely disappointed with your service! You have poor system online and cannot manage to update our parcel's status. I know we have this pandemic right now but other couriers (not to mention) are very competent in handling this situation regardless of what's happening in our country. They have thousands of parcels like yours but they managed to deliver it on time or atleast 2-3 days late. And their system is working just fine! My parcels were shipped last July 29, 2020 but until now August 14, they were not delivered. Your system is not updated also. It shows Last August 4 updates. You are very—very incompetent.
