Bad to the Bone from the Very Start
It took one month after requesting cable and installation service before a totally unqualified team showed up to fail to install our cable and internet service here in Tagaytay. The 3 people from Planet Cable had no clue as to how to install the cable despite the building being pre- wired for it. Another week passes before another team of 6 shows up but this team actually did know how to handle the existing building pre-wired cable. I paid them for 2 months of service plus the installation fee in cash on the spot. They attempted to charge me again for payments I made in cash at the installation. I had to photo and send receipts for those payments to get a correct statement of account. I received an accurate Statement of Account only after those photos were delivered. Billing is done by text and initially the account manager had me go to BDO to make the first payment after installation. The covid lockdown finally resulted in an email to send the payment via Gcash. Why a physical visit to BDO was required initially when the Gcash option was there all along is not only baffling but irritating. I have sent three emails recently regarding specific channels that have stopped working in our Premium service with no response. After reading the other complaints here about Planet Cable,the total lack of response and the loss of channels is no longer surprising. Bad customer service is a Planet Cable standard operating procedure. If you can get anothe service for you cable and your internet, save yourself a lot of grief and do it.

I agreed with you. Very bad service and no one answering the phone and cant leave any message.. Im paying 2,200 pesos per month and been one year continuing my bills no one used it and signal so bad, My cctv doesnt work because of the wifi connections doesnf work at all..
