ayon sa rider na deluver ma ang Lazada Package ng anak ko na si Cadet Jesie Mar Frias at na receive sa gate ng PMA noong Dec 28,2020. pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa na receive ang Lazada package ng anak ko. Hinanap na sa gate at sa TOC pero missing talaga. Hindi nalista sa log book ng MP sa PMA gate, pero sa Package Tracking na deliver. Ayon sa MP ang delivery man daw ang naglilista sa logbook nila..Kaya ideliver nyo na ang Lazada package ng anak ko kasi kailangan nya yun

Ayon sa tracking dumating na sa warehouse nyo last week pa bakit hindi pa maideliver box namin. Sana naman ayusin ang inyong serbisyo. Hindi man lang matawagan number nyo kakabwesit.

Nakaka sawa na kayong LBC Hari ng kabagalan 8 days na order ko diyan sa baguio e part rin ako ng Benguet hays kaasar talaga kayo.... dumating order ko diyan nong29 enorder ko nong 22 kaya 15days na ngayong hindi dumarating ayusin niyo naman trabaho niyo

I was to receive a parcel from Lazada. So I told the delivery personnel Ill open it first since it is my first time to buy something really expensive and was afraid it might turn out the item is wrong. The personnel said that I cant open it. I asked for the rationale and he said its their protocol. It was plain BS as others would allow you to open it in front of them. So he wouldnt give me the parcel. Thinking that he would not really give my parcel, I said Ill pay for it na but I still have to open it in front of him. He refused. I told him I will report this incident and he ran off to his motorcycle and left hurriedly. He later texted telling me to get my parcel at the hub and was so arrogant to accuse me I was being rude. What a poor poor poor service. If only I have the option nor to choose LBC, i wont choose them as the courier. I waited for for almost a month for this item only for this incident to happen. I called LBC main office twice and so far, up until now, nothing is happening. What a shame!!!

Hari ng kabagalan at kapalpakan.. ano po phone number ninyo at ako na lang tatawag sa inyo?? Kasi pag mag deliver kayo hindi kayo nagtetext at tumatawag.. tapos sasabihin ninyo wala tao sa bahay e 24 hours ako sa bahay dahil work from home ako?? Ni kumatok kung meron talaga kayo. You are not diligent sa work ninyo.. Shame on you.

Na receive nyo box q nong Friday baket until now d nyo pa deneliver Ang lapet lapwt Ng city camp ano bha Yan enaabangan kayo Mula Saturday baket jan Lang nagtatagal?

Very frustrating waiting for packages to be delivered by this company. Their tracking service is not up to date and sometimes it gets really confusing EL BUWISIT.

Please be true to your company's mission, vision if ever you have one. Don't post messages in your tracking page that
says ,there was an attempt to deliver a package but no one is there to receive it. Entirely not true. Nakatutok po ang mga tao sa house waiting and expecting a package..... tapus sabihin nyo na pumunta kayo sa bahay ko? ... ibang klase kayo...

Nasan na ung item ko??? Dapat nung oct.24 pa idedeliver until now wala parin!!! Jusko oct.24 nakalagay out of delivery na!!!!!! Di kayo marunong mag response! Tinatawagan kayo sa contact number niyo di kayo sumasagot!!!!

Lack of notice and disrespectful drivers. The driver called me around 3pm yet i received the notice of arrival from lbc at 4pm. I informed the driver i wasnt around and try to delivery it tom and immediately ended the call. I should have been notified earlier to cancel any prior meetings.

Nung Aug 17 pa dapat e deliver ung box ko sa amin pero hanggang ngaun wala pa rin kahit man Lang sana tawag na tawagan nyo ung contact number na nilagay ko sa box ay sabihin nyo na delay lang ung box ko... pero hanggang ngaun wala

July 31 pa kayo nagmessage na out for delivery ang item ko. Hanggang ngayong august 9 nakaabang pa rin ako... Saang lupalop na kau pumunta...poor service ba talaga kau lbc?

in this past few days in tracking my shipment i search in the web for contacts but very disappointed in your service why do you put a no that no one answer or out of service and why you put an email which no one will reply. is it for formality sake only.where is the customer care!!!!. in brunei(i work in tristar shipping and trading co as your forwarder) all your shipment we process is urgent and well taken care off. why you are like that much better i will share this experience ro all the filipinos working here to think first before using your very good service.

Worst! Bagal sobrang bagal ng service nyu..lalo na hindi lahat ng tao naghihintay sa delivery pra mag enjoy sa tatanggapin..may iba pong pinapadala na kailangan kasi po nsa hospital ang gagamit. Naizip nyu ba ung ibang tao nahndi na pala nkakainom ng gatas or bata na hindi nakakadede dahil yung special bottle na idedeliver nyu dinelay nyu pa!ung ilang araw hinihntay. Tapos ang mga number ng LBC branches nyu hindi matawagan. Bakit pa kau naglagay ng number kung hndi rin lang matawagan.. ying bagung panganak na bata na nangangailangan nung special bottle ilang araw na pong hindi makagatas ng tama.ayusin nyu nman.

My address is part of Benguet, what are you saying that my shipment is not delivered because recipient address is out of LBC service area??
