Very poor services
It has been a week now since the package arrived at Baguio but they haven't even contacted me. Documents are important and should not be delayed dahil lang sa tamad kayo.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND YET MY DOCUMENTS ARE STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY!THEN UPON TRACKING IT SAYS THE HOUSE IS CLOSED DELIVERY WILL BE NEXT DAY AGAIN??? LBC SERVICE SUCKS!! DOCUMENTS ARE SO IMPORTANT YOU PEOPLE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT.I AM WRITING FROM OVERSEAS SINCE MY BROTHER FROM THE PHILIPPINES HAS BEEN EXPECTING THOSE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT HERE!!! DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY PEOPLE!!!

Lazy riders
Aug 29 received nila parcel..until now wala pa din delivery. Nag tracking ako it goes like this.. am- out for delivery. Pm - pending for pick up.. from aug 31 to present gnyan lng..ppor service.. "0" star!!

Unreliable courier service
The delivery men are so lazy pag di nahanap ang address they wont event make an effort to call you and ask. Lagay nalang agad unrecognized person. Very hassle so cant rely on this courier kung rush ang padala. Ang tatamad nila!

Shipment Issue
August 12, 2019 LBC baguio delivery team recieve my mail, august 13 i was in my house the whole day and suddenly upon checking on my tracking it says failed delivery the house is closed no one is there the fact that im in my house the whole day waiting for my damn package the next day says ready for delivery and suddenly it says Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.the thing is theyre lying that theres no person in the house. DONT TRUST LBC BECAUSE the company itself is full of scumbag people lazy and liar.

Sir same issue tayu po. Ns sabi na close daw ang bahay at walang tao. E pnu mangyayari yun eh di nmn ako umaalis ng bahay tsk panu nawawalng ng tao e ang dami nmning nakatira dun. Mga sir shipment issue n daw sb s tracking panu po b gagawin ko para naclaim ung padala s akin. Salamat po

Very disappointing and infuriating service
When my item was not delivered for a considerable period of time, I contacted the seller. She was told that my area could not be located or that they do not know me in the address I indicated which is actually the Office I worked with. it was so infuriating since It is situated in a very familiar place and within the central business district area of baguio city. Worst, they were able to deliver the item I ordered from the same seller. And I haven't received any text from them that they will deliver my package. The item I ordered was already paid so you might understand how I feel. I was also given instruction that I go to the nearest lbc center which I did only to find out that the one who does the deivery is very different from the other centers. Adding to the burden, I tried calling the numbers indicated in the white pages but it is unavailable. I called the cooyesan hotel and ask for LBCs number but I could not access the telephone number they gave me. It was very frustrating because despite their poor service I did my part to contact them but still to no avail. I was really stressed.

Check your services and know your business. Very Poor.
Been tracking my order from Lazada. LBC Track & Trace said they received the item April 13, 2018. And on the same date, they marked my order as"..was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area". Are you kidding me? My area is still in Benguet and you made two deliveries at my area before (just last month). Put some values in your work guys, deliver the item to the recipient and do not have anyone, just they know the recipient to receive the item. The contact number and addresses are written on the packages. Is it hard to ask for directions on the addresses or can you not simply text or call the number written on the package? You guys are really unbelievable. Even in your branches, I had the worse experience with your group. If you don't want to do business, simply quit, let the more competitive providers to the job. And please be reminded that we are more or less aware of the law (consumer protection), do your part. And do read some emails, you've placed "Customer Service" but showed no interest on our concerns.

Improve your service
we paid for the shipping fee but we don't even get our right to have the items on time. Your landline is always busy, for what? I tried to call you every 5 minutes and still your very busy. You even block numbers (costumers number) that always calls you for any updates. Your not hari ng padala, you will very be. You're to slow, very slow and oh I remember, all the effin staff are lazy, too lazy. BLACK ARROW is better than you LBC, sooo better!
