Tag as delivered but order has not really been delivered
Dalawang beses na nangyari from the same store Minute Burger. Nung una pinagalitan ako ng driver bakit di ko daw nasagot agad ang tawag to confirm kung tama ang pin location ko. Tapos sabi e deliver na daw. Bigla sabi nasiraan siya. Gusto niya ipakuha sa amin order namin dun sa kanto. E sobrang dilim ng daanan na yun. Delayed pa masyado yung delivery time. Sabi sa app na pick up na for delivery, pero yung sa gps ang driver dun pa siya sa kabilang subdivision nag deliver.

Yung second ang ngayon, nag abang ako ng nag abang tas nagulat nlng ako sa app nakalagay na 'delivered', pero wala pa talaga na deliver.

Order Cancelled. NO REFUND
I ordered on KFC and paid through GCASH. I also requested to the agent to have my order schedule changed but the agent insisted that it could not be re-scheduled and i have to have it cancelled. Agent assured that i will get a refund on my GCASH account right after cancellation but i never receive it.

Foodpanda also send a cancellation email with a note that i have agreed that there will be no refund on that cancellation which is not true since the agent already assured me on the chat that i will have my refund immediately.

This is just pure scam from the inside.

RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL, MANNERLESS RIDER
Don’t get me wrong I love using the app of Food Panda , but yesterday afternoon my son encountered this rude , disrespect & mannerless rider. He called me BOBO in front of my son who was that time getting the order from him. How can food panda hired someone who talks bad about CUSTOMERS who’s giving them job, without us riders wouldnt have money to bring food on their table. Swearing and calling names aren’t supposed to happen in the first place, he told my son I am BOBO because i wasn’t able to tell him I will pay 1thousand bill when it’s actually his responsibility to prepare change , right? He also said i am BOBO because he said he never said COLLECTED , in fact i told him to just speak in Tagalog because its just building confusion to me. He said “ I collected 272” and I just asked him because my son haven’t met him at the ground floor , it wasn’t really big of a deal but he called me BOBO. Now you will learn your lessons the hard way. By the way his name is Ryan Sarisari ,

no response from help center so im ranting here
food delivery was good for the first few orders when I was using COD as mode of payment, since switching to using my debit card as payment rider always leaves without giving me time to check the orders. since then I had 1 meal from kfc swimming in Sprite and a meal from burger king missing 1 item from my otder. food panda does not even respond to you in help center. advice to all, never use your card for ordering to give you time to check your order preventing the rider from taking off like he owns the road

Failed placed order but minus my visa card 3x
Puta!!!! Di lang pala ako kanina lang 8pm nag order ako sa foodpanda Iligan kasi taga Iligan city ako, tapos nag failed siya ginamit ko visa card ko so nag change ako payment method they cash at naging Okay. Pag check ko sa online banking abay minus 3x, galing naman nabawasan ang laman ng 1,161.00 FOODPANDA MAKATI pa hah!!!!!! Balik nyo pera ko!!!!!!! Pambili sana ng pagkain namin ng pamilya ko yan e ano nangyari magnanakaw tawag sa isyu FOODPANDA MAKATI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wala nakakainis sifood panda nag order ka nga para maging convient nyo galaw mo , papabalik balikin ka pa bayad nanamn na . Tas isa png nakaka asar wala macontact

Siraulong rider ng food panda
Binanga ako ng food panda rider sa my tikling tay tay rizal. My vid ako kitang kita na hinde sha naka lingon sa sakyan ko. At nagulat sha nabanga yako. Napa iling nalang sha. Sabay sabe pa sakin ako daw eh bigla Hinto. Eh naka tail gaiting sha. Tapos ramdam kona na nabanga yako tlaga. Pero alam ko gulong lng. Kaya tanong ko kung nabanga yabako. Maliit lng damage ko kase naka suv ako. Pero kung gamit ko sedan malamang malaki damage ko. Diko gusto ginawa ya sa Pag takas. Marami pang gaganyanin yang gago yung employee

Cancelled Orders
I ordered last May 9 using my credit card. My order did not push through three times. Only one successful order was processed amounting to P894. Upon checking on my credit card statement of account, the three unsucessful orders were posted amounting to P1,062, P1,042 and 962. I called the credit card customer service but told me that Food Panda was the one who posted said payments. Been sending report to Food Panda since May 14 but no response received as of this time. Requesting reversal of the payments posted on my credit card!!

they have done the same to us yesterday - and as we called the store food ever returned back by food panda driver and they are telling us via mail payment cannot be refund even we food not delivered to us- so seem obvious right? food not returned back to the said store so where the food paid went?? i am asking them to issue a voucher to unitized the payment i made, still mils telling they apologized?? what about our money???

Placed an order for 467php, used gcash as payment method. Cancelled it because it was a preorder, did not received my refund. Asked customer service about this, but they are not helpful!!

No refund
I used my credit card para di less hassle kaso ng mag failed yung payment then nag retry ako i check out ulit pero walang response bigla na lang ako nka 3x charge sa akin kahit di ako ng re input ng otp... tapos its already 7 days pero wala pa din ako refund...

PAID ORDER CANCELLED BUT NOT REFUNDED
I am so frustrated as this had happened twice. My order was cancelled which was already paid online. They told me to just wait for the funds to be credited but it never was!

It happened again yesterday. They even emailed me that my payment was refunded but it was not. I had to chat their customer support but I did not receive any update.

This is so disappointing. Its supposed to be a convenient way to order food especially suited for working from home people amidst the pandemic situation.
