Order not delivered but customer service denied to give refund
Order #s3vj-tojl. I placed an order for a friend and paid for it using my gcash. The rider sent me a messages and told me that the address was pinned wrong although I have entered the correct address in the app. He told me to just cancel the order because it would cost him too much gas even if the distance from the pickup location to the delivery address is only 15mins. A few minutes later, a representative called me and while I was explaining the situation, he interrupted me and asked "Do you just want to cancel the order?" I said yes since the rider was not willing to deliver the food anymore. He did not even explain to me that if I cancel the order I will not get a refund, should I have known I will insist on the rider to deliver it to my address instead. I tried to make an appeal by sending a complaint via email but they denied to give me the refund. I keep asking them what happened to the food that I ordered then? If the item was already with the rider and the rider insisted on canceling it, then why should it be at my expense? I never receive the order and no refund either? What kind of business is that. They can just steal your money just like that.

Hi Please help naman po nag pa order ako sa jollibee then nabayan ko na po thru my BDO debit card yesterday after an hour kinancel po yung order ko sa jollibe
panu po kaya ma rerefund yung payment ko.. please help na,an po ,, and baka may contact number po kayo

Orders cancelled, but no refund!!!
Foodpanda fraud! Please... bring my money back! I want my refund! Why did you cancelled my orders without any refund? You insisted that I gave wrong address which is not!!!

Poor Service, Zero Protection to Buyers to none COD buyers
My orders was cancelled bu the riders noting that he can't find the address. Cmon the address was on BGC. I can't reach them trying to seek answers if I can be refunded but to no avail. Poor Service!

Pota yung sakin nga. Last march, umorder ako para sa boyfriend ko tapos nasa note na tawagan or txt yung number na toh. Aba tangina si rider hindi nagbabasa, basta nlng kinansel yung order ko eh bayad na un. Ako pa na ban sa cod payment. Potangina. Hayup. Tapos ung customer service pauli ulit lang sa reply at promises na 24-48 hrs kono. Pakyu kayo.

Bad service
Lagi po nag rereklamo mga riders. Nakasimangot at galit. In-unistall ko nlng kesa mastress ako. Pero hindi lang ako ang naka experience nito. Pangit po ng service ????

Hi. please bigyan nyo nman ng concern to.. nag pa deliver ako ng pizza for our dinner. i use my credit card to pay online para hindi na mag lalabas ng pera at para wala masyadong contact sa rider. pero ang nangyari. hindi daw ako ma contact ng rider tapos nagulat ako nag message nalang ang food panda na cancel na daw order ko.. so its easy na iwan nalang ang order ko sa looby sa guard tpos kukunin ko nalang. kaso nangyari hindi ginawa nang rider yun.. tapos sabi sa customer service hindi daw pwde mag refund kase nag wait dw ng 10mins si rider tpos hindi daw ako ma contact but in the first place, pwde naman iwan ni rider ang order ko.. This is my order number. sana makarating to sa foodpanda PH. dahil robotic ang customer service ng foodpanda kase mga indiano ang nasagot. copy paste lang gingawa nila pag sasagot sa mga concern. System auto suspended to rider in muntinlupa
Sobra pangit ng sistema ni food panda oh yung nag papalakad ng food panda sa muntinlupa. Nakakawa mga rider sa inyo.isang rider nakausap ko halos naiyak na kace suspended siya kace.. freelance pero my ganyan. Sana makarating to sa head office .. yung fare sa panda sobrang baba. Napakawalang kwenta niyo . Food panda .hindi lang nag sasalita mga rider sa inyo kinawawa niyo . Dapat. Re shapple mga namamahala sa muntinlupa lagay sa makati . Jao ikaw pinaka wapang kwenta leader

Rider nyo nag cancel tas samin nyo i charge!
Grabe, rider ang nag cancel pero di nyo ma refund? Tried to ask for a help via email pero puro non refundable template lang nirereply. Sa live chat naman, sabi tatawag after 60mins. Nasan na? Wala din. I have screenshots of the convo, and I will definitely post that online!

SO ANY LEGAL MOVE YOU MADE TO FOOD PANDA IS STILL ACTIVE AND OPERATIONAL BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWED THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPANY
THEIR INVOICE AND COMPUTATION IS NOT TRANSPARENT
ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BIAS WHEN TALKING TO CUSTOMER AGAINST TO VENDOR
THE VENDOR SUPPORT IS POINTING TO RIDERS WHAT EVER MISTAKES THEY MADE
I HOPE THAT THE DTI OR RELATED GOVERNMENT AGENCY LOOK THIS FRAUD COMPANY
