They said they will refund my money for not giving me my order.. they said 1-2 bz days.. its been 2 weeks.. they will send you the same email over and over.. 1-2 bz days when you follow up

This foodpanda fraud is the worst service imaginable. It took over 2hrs from order to delivery and these pathedic frauds offered ne a 60 peso vouchers. Shame on me and McDonalds for ever trusting this fraudulent company....

I want to ask why food panda company allowing this. The sorry voucher for sale is out in Fb. PEOPLE buying this kind of voucher for less.

These sorry voucher is for sale half the price. 1000 pesos but you can avail it to 500 pesos only. Those buyer will use it in a restaurant but mostly in a shops

If you want to trace it, you check all the shops like ultramega branches, waltermarrt branches , isetann supermarkets. You can trace it because of bulk orders they made everyday...voucher buyers made their payment thru banks and gcash.

And even the HPH vouchers are for sale...at least is small amount..but these SORRY VOUCHERS make big money out of scamming.

But not all shops accept voucher like pandamart.

Poor vendots and riders are suffering from this kind of trick...

I ordered mcdo from the food panda and already the bill using my gcash, but we did not receive the item. Since the delivery address was automaticaly shown is wrong address.I have note before my real address in my food panda account.Why the delivery man did not try to call my cellphone number?I need full repond to my order cancelled..

Your rider is poor of customer sercvice at bastos. First time to use your app and im very disappointed will not use your app again. Gusto ng rider puntahan namin siya at banayaran daw niya yung pamasahe kaya nga kami nag order para hindi na lumabas tapos gusto niya lumabas ako hindi nag iisip.

Order was never delivered but they charged my GCash. FoodPanda said they won't issue a refund, even the resto itself did not care. FoodPanda customer service only uses templates when replying to customers like a dumb machine--chatted with their agents for 16 hours, they can't even answer why they charged me for an undelivered order.

I ordered 3 dishes and used GCASH to pay. One of the diahes amounting to 310 was cancelled since it was sold out.

I reported it to food panda an requested for refund. My request was denied. I emailed them explaining what happened and showed them screenshots of transactions and payment. They denied my request repeatedly saying that I am ineligible for refund?

It is my money that you took from my account. You did not give what I ordered. You’re stealing. This dood app should be kicked out of our country.

I place order last december 15, 2020 then had a refund process by december 17, 2020. Up today January 6, 2020 i haven't received my refund for just only 705php i took almost a month just to process a small amount. Your customer service is so sucks!!!

I ordered some stuff in BO's COFFEE TAFT-LA SALLE

1 fruit tea
1 dulce de leche(slice)
1 muffin trio

After placing my order and paid it says that the MUFFIN TRIO were SOLD OUT and that they will refund my money. I have sent a complaint/message regarding this matter in the app but there is still no response. I am trying to look for any possible number that I can call them.

My card details were stolen by somebody and then was used in Food panda 3 times, how did this happen? no otp was sent to me and the transaction pushed through just by having the card details and cvv number. It should have asked for otp for every purchase made using credit card. This is very disappointing. Hope you could block that person and put in more security features in your app like otp regardless the amount if payment is via credit/debit payment to avoid other people from getting victimized by this fraudsters.
