GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
Order was never delivered but they charged my GCash. FoodPanda said they won't issue a refund, even the resto itself did not care. FoodPanda customer service only uses templates when replying to customers like a dumb machine--chatted with their agents for 16 hours, they can't even answer why they charged me for an undelivered order.

Inhave the same concern too. I pay twice cause I thought it was just an error. It says "failed" but successfully deducted my account on gcash twice. ????
