Nabayaran kona yung order ko.. tapos hindi ma refund.
Hi. please bigyan nyo nman ng concern to.. nag pa deliver ako ng pizza for our dinner. i use my credit card to pay online para hindi na mag lalabas ng pera at para wala masyadong contact sa rider. pero ang nangyari. hindi daw ako ma contact ng rider tapos nagulat ako nag message nalang ang food panda na cancel na daw order ko.. so its easy na iwan nalang ang order ko sa looby sa guard tpos kukunin ko nalang. kaso nangyari hindi ginawa nang rider yun.. tapos sabi sa customer service hindi daw pwde mag refund kase nag wait dw ng 10mins si rider tpos hindi daw ako ma contact but in the first place, pwde naman iwan ni rider ang order ko.. This is my order number. sana makarating to sa foodpanda PH. dahil robotic ang customer service ng foodpanda kase mga indiano ang nasagot. copy paste lang gingawa nila pag sasagot sa mga concern.
