Claims-very poor service you cant contact by phone.
I'm calling almost whole day long but even one answer i never got,they kept on dropping my call after operator im selecting option no.2 as they said for benifits claims.please improve your telephonic service as well.?

OVERALL POOR SERVICE!
Cheque releasing. It will take 6-8months for the release to happen. So be prepared to to waste your time for calling their hotline that you cant reach.

Pay them a visit and you’ll be surprise of Employees attitude especially named Maria is suuuuper ruuuude!!!!


Ask them when the cheque will be released? One simple answer its being prepared by the finance from January down to August.

With this simple review, I dont need to elaborate more if this plan is recommended or not.

Grabe sobrang grabe sa bagal ng process nila when it comes to releasing of cheque. Tapos ang hirap pa tumawag sa hotline nila. Hindi siya worth it na i-recommend sa iba. Hanggang ngaun sinasabi p din nila na for process pa rin ang ROI na kapatid ko, tapos sasabihin lang sayo antay antay lang daw on going pa.

Yong sa ante q 2yrs ago pa dapat makuha,document that they been asked was already submitted pro til now wla pa! Stress na masyado kaya ipapatulfo na namin sila kc naawa na aq sa ante q.Antayin ninu!!

Almost 3 years na noong nakapagsubmit ng requirements ang parents ko for ROI, til now for process pa din. This Agency is not highly recommended. So please hanap nalang po kayo ng ibang agency not this one. so disappointed with their service from their hotline/customer service thru releasing of ROI! Hindi pang world-class ang service nila!

POOR SERVICE...
Natapos na 2 semesters , malapit na rin matapos and first sem this year hindi pa rin kayo nag bigay nag claim...Are you still there? Or baka wala na kayong funds.. mabuti pang magsara nalang kayo. huwag nang mag pa asa pa. HOY GISING NA KAYO!

Dissappointed
Ang tagal po ng claims, ilang days po ba dapat ang processing pag nasa accounting na? it takes months ang delay. and kung dati may sumasagot pa sa phone pag nag inquire ka, ngayon ring nalang maririnig. ang daming contact number ni isa walang sumasagot. bukas pa ba talaga office nyo o nag sara na?

Why it took too long for us to receive our eduluplan check...nun pag nadedelay kami s payment napepenalize kami bakit ngaun inaabot ng buwan at taon pahiraan ang pay outnyo sa claims namin... Ginamit nyo na ang pera namin nagswesweldo na kau sa pera namin d man lng kau gunalaw na mafast track ang claims namin

Ang sarap po nila ipa Tulfo sa sobrang tagal mag release ng cheque. Last year pa yung akin. Mag papasukan nalang ulit hndi parin nagbibigay.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Please nman ETERNAL PLAN last year (october 2017) pa kami nag submit ng mga requirements sa inyo kase pinapaterminaye ko na contract para sa educ plan ng anak ko pero until now la balita kung kelan nyo ibbgy refund nmin. Pinaghirapan nmin perang binayad kahit knkapos kmi nun time n nghhilog pa pinilit nmin mkbayad sa inyo di nmin inexpect na ganito nyo kmi ppahirapan pr mblik man lng un perang hnulog nmin sa inyo.

Grabe po talaga yang Eternal Plans na yan. hindi nakakatulong sa mga tao. khit po kami grabe and dinanas dyn, maturity date na nung August 2017 pro nkuha ung cheque e March 2019 na. puro sila dahilan gang umabot ng gnun katagal. in short e ginamit pa mung uli ang pera mo kht ilang taon na nila npakinabangan. Kya ung interest nnung pera mo amounting sa mga 11k e kulang pa sa kakafollow-up sa knila. hindi lngpo tyo ang nbibiktima nitong company na to kundi marami pa po. Kc one time nung nkhold ako sa knila over the phone e napapakinggan kopo ung isang line nila n gnun dn ang problema, walang tamang sagot na mkuha kung klan mkukuha ung pera nila at same palusot dn tulad ng sinasagot nila skin. Kya itong Eternal PLans e walang kwentang investment, hnd makakatulong sa mamamayan kundi stress at hinanakit lng mahihita mo dito. Kya sa mga mamamayan ntin dyn na ngbabalak kumuha ng anumang PLAN kuno e HUWAG na po, phirap lng ang mapapala nyo dto. Mas maigi pang ipunin mo ung perang ihuhulog mo dito at wala kpng stress at anytime e mkukuha mo pa.

Bad Customer Service
My daughter's educational plan cheque for the 1st semester and 2nd semester of 2017-2018 has been delayed for many months now. When I asked the Eternal office in Cebu when will the cheque be released, they don't have any idea and though they make follow-ups, they can only wait for what cheque to come. They only receive just a few cheques in a week and that already includes life plans. They advised to contact the head office which is a hassle since it will be a long distance call. I called several times using my cellphone and most of the time no one picks up. In few cases, I was able to speak to a representative but the one in-charge is not also available and and have to call back again. In two other scenarios, I was put on hold for around 2-3 minutes trying to connect me and then call got disconnected.

This experience is quite frustrating. I thought of sending a letter of complaint to Insurance Commission to give attention to this bad practice. They are only good at collection but not good at providing due service to their plan holders.

Pls naman eternal plans kahit kulang yung pera sa educational plan ng anak ko,sna mkablik khit papano.pinapaterminate ko na yung smin since last year ,nagbigay kayo email nakaka dlawang email nako hindi kayo nag rereply makisama naman kayo pinaghirapn nmin yung pinanghulog dyan

educationa plans cheques super delay
i took 2 educational plans for my daughter for college thinking/planning way ahead it will ease a college financial burden, only to find out this time its a headache. they are just good in collecting payments yet when you late in paying you will pay a penalty. will someone from the lawmakers that they will pass a bill stating that when any preneed companies delays their payments to their clients , they will pay some penalties as well?

they are full of promises, and contacting them thru their customer service number is not that easy
any idea how can we resolve this legally?
